Dominant groups

Analysis of the jobs held by the local labour force in The Hills Shire in 2011 shows the three most popular industry sectors were:

  • Retail Trade (9,564 people or 10.9%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance (9,527 people or 10.9%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (8,808 people or 10.1%)
