- Manufacturing ($1,864 million or 29.0%)
- Public Administration and Safety ($677 million or 10.5%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance ($648 million or 10.1%)
In combination these three industries accounted for $3,189 million in total or 49.7% of the total imports by industry in the Cardinia Shire.
In comparison, the same 3 industries in Victoria accounted for 32.0% in Manufacturing; 6.1% in Public Administration and Safety and 5.1% in Health Care and Social Assistance.
The major differences between total imports by industries of Cardinia Shire and Victoria were:
