An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in Cook Shire in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Mining (230 million or 59.1%)
  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (87 million or 22.5%)
  • Manufacturing (26 million or 6.6%)
