Analysis of the resident workers (All industries) age structure of the Cradle Coast Region in 2016 compared to Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services shows that there was a higher proportion of persons in the younger age groups (15 to 44 years) as well as a lower proportion of persons in the older age groups (45 years and over).
Overall, 51.7% of the resident workers was aged under 45 years, compared to 45.9% for Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services. 48.3% were aged 45 years and over, compared to 54.1% for Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services.
