An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in the Murchison - Burnie Economic Region in 2018/19 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Mining (1,001 million or 33.7%)
  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (644 million or 21.7%)
  • Manufacturing (510 million or 17.2%)
