- Education and Training (676 million or 19.0%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance (379 million or 10.6%)

In comparison, the same 3 industries in Victoria accounted for 19.6% in Manufacturing; 4.0% in Education and Training and 5.8% in Health Care and Social Assistance.
