Dominant groups
An analysis of the local sales by industry sectors in Glenelg Shire in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:
- Construction ($194million or 16.6%)
- Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing ($190million or 16.2%)
- Manufacturing ($124million or 10.6%)
