  • Manufacturing ($1,727 million or 30.1%)
  • Financial and Insurance Services ($632 million or 11.0%)
  • Public Administration and Safety ($565 million or 9.8%)

In combination these three industries accounted for $2,924 million in total or 50.9% of the total imports by industry in the the Hornsby Shire.

In comparison, the same 3 industries in New South Wales accounted for 32.2% in Manufacturing; 10.4% in Financial and Insurance Services and 4.8% in Public Administration and Safety.
