  • Health Care and Social Assistance (9,549 people or 13.5%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (9,055 people or 12.8%)
  • Education and Training (7,611 people or 10.8%)

In combination these three industries employed 26,215 people in total or 37.0% of the total resident workforce.

In comparison, New South Wales employed 12.5% in Health Care and Social Assistance; 8.1% in Professional, Scientific and Technical Services and 8.4% in Education and Training.
