In 2022/23, Perth Inner City Region contributed 21.7% of Western Australia’s employment and 16.9% of its value added.

Industry sector profiles reveal the way in which each industry contributes to the economy in Perth Inner City Region using ten economic measures generated by NIEIR economic modelling. This helps in understanding the role each industry sector plays in the economy.
