Dominant groups
An analysis of the local sales by industry sectors in Lithgow City Council in 2022/23 shows the three largest industries were:
- Construction ($264million or 18.2%)
- Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services ($186million or 12.8%)
- Public Administration and Safety ($118million or 8.1%)
