An analysis of the total imports by industry sectors in the Logan City in 2020/21 shows the three largest industries were:
- Manufacturing ($4,216 million or 31.0%)
- Public Administration and Safety ($1,532 million or 11.3%)
- Financial and Insurance Services ($1,430 million or 10.5%)
In combination these three industries accounted for $7,178 million in total or 52.8% of the total imports by industry in the the Logan City.
In comparison, the same 3 industries in Queensland accounted for 37.3% in Manufacturing; 6.0% in Public Administration and Safety and 9.9% in Financial and Insurance Services.
The major differences between total imports by industries of the Logan City and Queensland were:
