Dominant groups

An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in the City of Mandurah in 2018/19 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Manufacturing (185 million or 24.1%)
  • Retail Trade (130 million or 16.9%)
  • Accommodation and Food Services (93 million or 12.1%)

In combination these three industries accounted for 408 million in total or 53.0% of the total exports by industry in the the City of Mandurah.

In comparison, the same 3 industries in Greater Perth accounted for 21.5% in Manufacturing; 3.3% in Retail Trade and 2.0% in Accommodation and Food Services.

The major differences between the total exports by industries of the City of Mandurah and Greater Perth were:
