Analysis of the resident workers individual income levels in the City of Mandurah in 2016 compared to Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services shows that there was a higher proportion earning a high income (those earning $1,750 per week or more) as well as a higher proportion of low income persons (those earning less than $500 per week).
Overall, 23.8% of the resident workers earned a high income, and 19.2% earned a low income, compared with 20.7% and 14.4% respectively for Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services.
The major differences between the weekly income of the resident workers in the City of Mandurah and Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services were:
