An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in the City of Onkaparinga in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:
- Manufacturing (1,051 million or 46.9%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance (152 million or 6.8%)
- Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services (152 million or 6.8%)
In combination these three industries accounted for 1,355 million in total or 60.4% of the total exports by industry in the the City of Onkaparinga.
In comparison, the same 3 industries in South Australia accounted for 19.1% in Manufacturing; 9.1% in Health Care and Social Assistance and 5.5% in Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services.
