Analysis of the resident workers individual income levels in the RDA Darling Downs and South West Region in 2016 compared to RDA Darling Downs and South West Region shows that there was a similar proportion earning a high income (those earning $1,750 per week or more) as well as a similar proportion of low income persons (those earning less than $500 per week).
