Analysis of the field of qualifications in the RDA Murraylands and Riverland region shows that the three largest fields the resident workers (All industries) were qualified in were:
- Engineering and Related Technologies (2,955 people or 10.2%)
- Management and Commerce (2,512 people or 8.7%)
- Society and Culture (2,133 people or 7.4%)
In combination these three fields accounted for 7,600 people in total or 26.3% of the resident workers (All industries).
