  • Manufacturing ($136 million or 25.1%)
  • Health Care and Social Assistance ($70 million or 12.9%)
  • Financial and Insurance Services ($52 million or 9.5%)

In combination these three industries accounted for $257 million in total or 47.5% of the total imports by industry in the the Mid Murray Council area.

In comparison, the same 3 industries in South Australia accounted for 29.9% in Manufacturing; 7.0% in Health Care and Social Assistance and 10.8% in Financial and Insurance Services.

The major differences between total imports by industries of the Mid Murray Council area and South Australia were:
