An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in the RDA Wide Bay Burnett Region in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (3,036 million or 32.6%)
  • Manufacturing (2,319 million or 24.9%)
  • Mining (1,236 million or 13.3%)
