Dominant groups

Analysis of the individual income levels in the Scenic Rim Regional Council in 2016 compared to Wholesale Trade shows that there was a higher proportion earning a high income (those earning $1,750 per week or more) and a higher proportion of low income persons (those earning less than $500 per week).

Overall, 9.1% of the local workers earned a high income, and 24.9% earned a low income, compared with 4.9% and 22.8% respectively for Wholesale Trade.
