Analysis of the Financial and Insurance Services individual income levels in the Scenic Rim Regional Council in 2016 compared to the Professional, Scientific and Technical Services workforce within Scenic Rim Regional Council shows that there was a lower proportion earning a high income (those earning $1,750 per week or more) as well as a lower proportion of low income persons (those earning less than $500 per week).
Overall, 11.9% of the Financial and Insurance Services earned a high income, and 11.9% earned a low income, compared with 15.8% and 21.8% respectively for the Professional, Scientific and Technical Services workforce within Scenic Rim Regional Council.
