Dominant groups
An analysis of the total imports by industry sectors in the Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale in 2022/23 shows the three largest industries were:

- Health Care and Social Assistance ($295 million or 14.9%)
- Public Administration and Safety ($178 million or 9.0%)
