Dominant groups
An analysis of the jobs held by the in Tablelands in 2016 shows the three most popular occupations were:
- Managers (1,463 local workers or 17.1%)
- Labourers (1,309 local workers or 15.3%)
- Professionals (1,298 local workers or 15.1%)
In combination these three occupations accounted for 4,070 people in total or 47.5% of the local workers .
In comparison, Queensland employed 12.1% as Managers; 10.6% as Labourers; and 19.9% as Professionals.
The major differences between the jobs held by the in Tablelands and Queensland were:
