- Financial and Insurance Services ($967 million or 9.8%)
- Transport, Postal and Warehousing ($918 million or 9.3%)
In combination these three industries accounted for $5,028 million in total or 50.7% of the total imports by industry in the The Hills Shire.
In comparison, the same 3 industries in New South Wales accounted for 32.2% in Manufacturing; 10.4% in Financial and Insurance Services and 7.0% in Transport, Postal and Warehousing.
