Analysis of the jobs held by the resident workforce in Tasmania in 2021shows the three most popular industry sectors were:
- Health Care and Social Assistance (41,663 people or 16.4%)
- Retail Trade (24,367 people or 9.6%)
- Education and Training (24,034 people or 9.4%)
