Analysis of the fields of qualifications of the All industries shows that the three largest fields of qualification were:
- Engineering and Related Technologies (717 people or 12.7%)
- Management and Commerce (667 people or 11.8%)
- Agriculture, Environmental and Related Studies (342 people or 6.0%)
In combination these three fields accounted for 1,726 people in total or30.5% of All industries.
In comparison, Tasmania employed 9.4% in Engineering and Related Technologies; 13.9% in Management and Commerce and 2.4% in Agriculture, Environmental and Related Studies.
