An analysis of the total imports by industry sectors in Goulburn Mulwaree Council area in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:
- Manufacturing ($481 million or 33.2%)
- Financial and Insurance Services ($201 million or 13.9%)
- Professional, Scientific and Technical Services ($131 million or 9.1%)
