An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in Snowy Monaro Regional Council area in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Accommodation and Food Services (331 million or 23.7%)
  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (302 million or 21.6%)
  • Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services (240 million or 17.1%)

In combination these three industries accounted for 873 million in total or 62.4% of the total exports by industry in the Snowy Monaro Regional Council area.
