Dominant groups

An analysis of the valued added by industry sectors in Snowy Monaro Regional Council area in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing (153 million or 13.7%)
  • Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services (118 million or 10.6%)
  • Construction (113 million or 10.1%)

In combination these three industries accounted for 384 million in total or 34.3% of the total value added by industry in the Snowy Monaro Regional Council area.
