An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in the City of Charles Sturt in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:
- Manufacturing (819 million or 34.7%)
- Health Care and Social Assistance (359 million or 15.2%)
- Wholesale Trade (223 million or 9.5%)
In combination these three industries accounted for 1,401 million in total or 59.4% of the total exports by industry in the the City of Charles Sturt.
In comparison, the same 3 industries in South Australia accounted for 18.6% in Manufacturing; 8.9% in Health Care and Social Assistance and 4.6% in Wholesale Trade.
