An analysis of the jobs held by the full-time equivalent local workers in the City of Glen Eira in 2020/21 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Health Care and Social Assistance (7,864 people or 21.9%)
  • Education and Training (6,035 people or 16.8%)
  • Professional, Scientific and Technical Services (3,389 people or 9.5%)
