Dominant groups
An analysis of the local sales by industry sectors in Maranoa Regional Council in 2022/23 shows the three largest industries were:
- Construction ($296million or 20.6%)
- Electricity, Gas, Water and Waste Services ($175million or 12.2%)
- Rental, Hiring and Real Estate Services ($131million or 9.2%)
