An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in Gold Coast City in 2021/22 shows the three largest industries were:

  • Manufacturing (3,550 million or 23.0%)
  • Retail Trade (1,477 million or 9.5%)
  • Accommodation and Food Services (1,434 million or 9.3%)

In combination these three industries accounted for 6,460 million in total or 41.8% of the total exports by industry in the Gold Coast City.
