An analysis of the total exports by industry sectors in the City of Salisbury in 2020/21 shows the three largest industries were:
- Public Administration and Safety (2,689 million or 45.1%)
- Manufacturing (1,517 million or 25.4%)
- Wholesale Trade (731 million or 12.3%)
In combination these three industries accounted for 4,937 million in total or 82.8% of the total exports by industry in the the City of Salisbury.
In comparison, the same 3 industries in South Australia accounted for 8.4% in Public Administration and Safety; 20.0% in Manufacturing and 6.0% in Wholesale Trade.
